DAN SUN Beta-Titanium Folding Rope cutter (YELLOW HANDLE)

We are proud to introduce our unique diver's rope cutter. Made from Beta-Titanium, it achieves an impressive hardness rating of HRC 52, with specialized edge and sharpening technique for the saw teeth.

Beta-Titanium, or β-titanium, is a specific type of titanium alloy that contains significant amounts of beta-stabilizing elements. This composition allows it to reach high strength levels through heat treatment.

We use G10, a synthetic knife handle material made of woven fibreglass fabric and epoxy resin, for our handles. This material is strong and durable yet lightweight and easy to work with.

What sets our cutter apart is its distinct design compared to many other titanium cutters available on the market. 

We incorporated a folding mechanism for safe storage during dive operations. Its compact size and lightweight design make it a dependable tool that fits easily into a diver's pocket.

The full-body construction, combining titanium and a synthetic, eliminates any risk of rust.

Additionally, the attachment eye on the handle allows divers to secure their tool while in the field.
